Nature of the Product
All Sentiri products are digital files in PDF format, delivered instantly after payment confirmation via a download link. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, it cannot be returned once the file has been downloaded or access has been activated.

No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instant nature of the product, returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The file has already been downloaded.
  • The download link has already been activated.
  • The buyer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The product was not used according to the included assembly instructions.

Exceptions · When a Refund Does Apply
Sentiri is committed to resolving any technical issue. A full refund will be processed only in these cases:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened.
  • The download link doesn't work and the issue could not be resolved within 48 hours.

To request an exception, contact us at sentiriusa@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date, including your order number and a description of the issue.

Compatibility & Printing
Sentiri's PDF files are compatible with any device and can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any PDF reader. They're designed to be printed on Letter-size paper in landscape orientation at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-quality home printers or incorrect print settings.

All Sentiri designs are for personal use only. Resale, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without express written authorization. Your purchase grants only the right to personal use and home printing of the file you purchased.
